Our Mission
A Better Body by Steve Inc. was started in the ‘90s with the desire to bring better health and fitness into people’s homes. Through a knowledgeable approach, we work hard to show you convenient ways to get to your health goals, regardless of your current fitness level. A workout should be ENJOYABLE! You should look forward to it rather than avoid it. And while structured diet and exercise is important, it’s not the only key to a healthier life. We promote simple lifestyle changes that will leave you feeling better and living a happier, healthier life.
Our core belief is that knowledge applied to a moderate and CONSISTENT approach can benefit everyone, at every level of ability. It should feel good to move forward, get in that extra rep, watch your waist line shrink, or meet any of the fitness goals you have set for yourself.
